Temporary & Contract Staffing
We maintain an active pool of vetted workers ready for warehouse, production, logistics, admin and hospitality assignments. Typical time from brief to first shift: 3-5 working days.
You pay a single hourly rate covering wages, NI, holiday accrual and our margin. Minimum assignment 4 hours; weekly timesheets approved by your supervisor.
Permanent Recruitment
Contingency search for permanent staff: role mapping, advert copy, multi-channel sourcing, structured screening interviews and a shortlist of 3-5 candidates within 10 working days.
Flat fee of £145 per shortlisted candidate – invoiced on the start date, with an 8-week free replacement guarantee.
Seasonal & Event Staffing
Pre-assembled teams of up to 10 workers with a working supervisor. We handle induction, uniforms where required and daily attendance tracking on site.
Booked by the day (£85 per crew member) with a 3-day minimum for peak-season contracts made before October.
Project & Volume Hiring
A dedicated hiring pod (account manager + 2 resourcers) runs your project: talent mapping, staged intake waves, onboarding days and attrition backfill for the project duration.
Fixed rate of £160 per hire, invoiced weekly as each worker starts.
Compliance & Payroll Support
Right-to-work verification, contract issuance, holiday accrual, PAYE runs and pension administration for workers you source yourself.
£9 per employee per month, cancelled with 30 days notice.
Candidate Screening & Vetting
Identity checks, right-to-work, reference collection (2 per candidate), DBS or equivalent where lawful, and skills testing – delivered as a report per candidate.
Included in all staffing services; available standalone at £18 per candidate.
