• Candidates: identity and contact details, right-to-work documents, references, skills and employment history, shared only with prospective hirers in connection with specific roles.
• Business clients: contact details of staff who request or manage our services, plus billing information.
• Website visitors: basic technical logs and any details you submit through forms.

3. Why we use it

To match candidates to roles, perform legally required right-to-work checks, administer payroll and contracts, respond to enquiries and issue invoices. Legal bases include contract performance, legal obligation and legitimate interests in operating a staffing business.

4. Sharing and retention

We share candidate data only with hirers assessing them for live roles and with processors acting on our instructions (hosting, payroll). Candidate records are retained up to 24 months after last contact unless placed; client records for 6 years as required by tax law. You may request access, correction or deletion at info@supetama007.services and may complain to the ICO.
