1. About these terms

Supetama007 Limited (company no. 10804165, England & Wales) supplies staffing, recruitment and workforce services. By engaging us you accept these terms, which apply alongside any written scope or rate confirmation we issue.

2. Services and scope

Each engagement is defined by a written brief or order confirmation listing roles, headcount, location, duration and rates. Work outside that scope is charged separately.

3. Fees and invoicing

Rates are as published on our website or as confirmed in writing. Temporary staffing is invoiced weekly against approved timesheets; permanent recruitment is invoiced on the candidate start date; campaign fees are staged 50/50. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment may accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Replacement guarantees

Temporary workers are replaced within 48 hours of unavailability at no charge. Permanent placements are replaced free of charge within 8 weeks of the start date if the placement is terminated, provided fees have been paid.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate role information, safe working conditions, site inductions where required, and timely approval of timesheets. You remain responsible for day-to-day direction of workers on your site.

6. Compliance

We verify identity and right-to-work for all workers before placement. You agree not to engage our introduced workers directly, or via third parties, for 6 months after introduction without paying the applicable placement fee.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Cancellations

You may cancel or change an engagement by written notice to info@supetama007.services. The cancellation terms confirmed in your order confirmation are applied as follows:

• Service delivery. Services are delivered at the locations, dates and shift patterns confirmed in writing in the order confirmation. We provide staffing and recruitment services only; no physical goods are supplied and there are no shipping or delivery charges.
• Temporary staffing. Shifts cancelled with at least 24 hours’ notice are not charged. Shifts cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice, or where workers are turned away on arrival, are charged for the booked hours (minimum 4 hours per worker) because the worker has been reserved and cannot be re-placed at short notice.
• Permanent recruitment. If you withdraw a role after a candidate has accepted a written offer, the agreed placement fee remains payable.
• Campaigns and retained work. Staged fees already invoiced for work completed remain payable; remaining stages can be cancelled at any time on 14 days’ written notice.
• Cancellation by us. If a worker becomes unavailable we will offer a replacement in line with section 4 (Replacement guarantees) at no additional charge.

9. Refunds

Fees are charged for services actually supplied, and charges for work already performed are non-refundable. Where we cancel an engagement and cannot supply a suitable replacement, fees you have paid for the undelivered part of that engagement are refunded or credited in full. Unused staged or retained fees are refunded pro rata where the related work has not started. Refunds are issued in pounds sterling to the original payment method within 14 days of agreement. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights.

10. Cookies and site data

Our website uses cookies and similar technologies. Strictly necessary cookies keep the site working — for example security, form submission and remembering your cookie choices. Analytics cookies are set only with your consent and help us understand how the site is used. We do not set marketing or advertising cookies without your consent. You can accept, reject or change your cookie choices at any time using the cookie banner on this site, and you can also block or delete cookies in your browser settings. 11. Law
