1. About these terms

Supetama007 Limited (company no. 10804165, England & Wales) supplies staffing, recruitment and workforce services. By engaging us you accept these terms, which apply alongside any written scope or rate confirmation we issue.

2. Services and scope

Each engagement is defined by a written brief or order confirmation listing roles, headcount, location, duration and rates. Work outside that scope is charged separately.

3. Fees and invoicing

Rates are as published on our website or as confirmed in writing. Temporary staffing is invoiced weekly against approved timesheets; permanent recruitment is invoiced on the candidate start date; campaign fees are staged 50/50. Invoices are due within 14 days. Late payment may accrue interest at 4% above the Bank of England base rate.

4. Replacement guarantees

Temporary workers are replaced within 48 hours of unavailability at no charge. Permanent placements are replaced free of charge within 8 weeks of the start date if the placement is terminated, provided fees have been paid.

5. Client responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate role information, safe working conditions, site inductions where required, and timely approval of timesheets. You remain responsible for day-to-day direction of workers on your site.

6. Compliance

We verify identity and right-to-work for all workers before placement. You agree not to engage our introduced workers directly, or via third parties, for 6 months after introduction without paying the applicable placement fee.

7. Liability

Our liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the relevant engagement in the preceding 3 months. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

8. Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales; courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction. Questions: info@supetama007.services.
