How fast can you provide temporary staff?
For most warehouse, production, logistics and hospitality roles we can present a shortlist within 3-5 working days and start a worker within the same week. Regulated roles requiring enhanced checks take longer.
What does £19/hour cover for temporary staff?
The worker’s wages, employer NI, holiday accrual, insurance and our agency margin – one invoice, weekly, after you approve the timesheet.
Is there a minimum engagement?
Temporary assignments have a 4-hour daily minimum. Seasonal teams are booked by the day with a 3-day minimum. Permanent recruitment and campaigns have no minimums.
Who employs the temporary workers?
For temp staffing, Supetama007 employs the workers and handles PAYE, so you have no employer liability. For permanent recruitment, the candidate becomes your employee from day one.
What checks do candidates go through?
Identity verification, right-to-work documentation, two references, and role-specific screening (skills tests, DBS where lawful and relevant) before any CV reaches you.
What if a placement does not work out?
Temporary workers are replaced within 48 hours at no cost. Permanent placements come with an 8-week free replacement guarantee.
Do you work outside the UK?
Yes – we supply workers to businesses across Europe through vetted local partners. Contracts are issued in GBP under English law regardless of work location.
